Skilark tracks hiring activity at a curated set of technology companies, from AI-native startups to established enterprise players. We chose companies that represent a cross-section of the industry — covering cloud infrastructure, fintech, developer tools, consumer tech, semiconductors, and AI research — to provide a meaningful picture of where the market is heading.
The data comes from public job boards, crawled daily with a polite, responsible approach. Listing counts reflect open positions at the time of our most recent crawl, so they fluctuate as roles are filled or new ones posted. Companies with larger headcounts naturally show more listings, so the absolute numbers are best compared within similar size categories.
